| This past year, WTC dedicated a portion of the funding from the “James O. Palmer Scholarship” program to assist dual credit students attending area high schools within the WTC service area (funding provided payment for a one 3-credit hour class – less a $50 payment by the student). This funding will not be available for the 2009-2010 school year. However, funds in the form of interest-free loans are available through the Palmer Scholarship program and dual-credit students are eligible to apply for these funds. Students wishing to apply for an interest-free loan through the Palmer Scholarship program may contact Ms. Melanie Schwertner at mschwertner@wtc.edu. |
